Island Outpost Temporary Suspension of Operations
Dear Friends,
During these uncertain times due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, and with our main priority being the health and wellbeing of our valued guests and staff, we have been faced with making the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations at all Island Outpost properties, including GoldenEye, Strawberry Hill, and the Caves from now through May 31, 2020.
Our Reservations Team will be canceling all existing reservations automatically during this time period, so please do not feel the need to call in or email to cancel your stay. A member of our team will reach out to help reschedule your trip for a future date and they’re not expecting you to know your new dates at this moment. Rest assured we are being flexible with the original booking terms.
We will continue to monitor this ongoing serious situation following the guidelines of the CDC and our government officials, and will be in touch as we receive updates on the progressing developments, which will guide decisions for future months to come.
Our commitment to you, our staff, and our global community remains top of mind, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Island Outpost properties in the near future. We will bounce back stronger than ever!
